We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA / appointment setter) to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate ISA, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and assisting them in their real estate needs. Your role will be instrumental in driving the success of our sales team and ensuring the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:
Call and nurture leads for our client accounts
Prospect and contact potential home buyers / sellers
Set appointments for our clients with potential home buyers / sellers
Reach agreed upon KPI targets by the deadline
Resolve lead inquiries
Set follow-up appointments to keep leads aware of latest developments
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Fluent in English (Preferably zero to no accent)
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with prospects
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
