**Role and Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to engage with potential and existing customers through various digital platforms.
- Handle a high volume of marketing campaigns efficiently and effectively.
- Generate reports and assist in administrative tasks for the marketing team.
- Support the Marketing Team Lead with various marketing-related tasks and initiatives.
- Achieve monthly marketing targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to improve marketing strategies and share best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and marketing techniques.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in marketing is preferred.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with Canva and other marketing tools is a plus.
- High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup.
- Willingness to work on a USA schedule, although the position is remote and the agent will most likely be living in the Philippines.
