GembaDocs is scaling! We have developed the best software in the world to help SME Manufacturing companies get organised in a lean way. Now with customers in more than 30 countries, we are going to get professional with our customer acquisition and therefore we are looking to recruit a talented and highly motivated B2B SaaS Growth Marketer.
Our team is spread between Europe and Asia, so this role can be accomplished remotely. You will be responsible for helping to stimulate demand through all digital channels and native level fluency in English language is an absolute must.
Duties and responsibilities
· Collaborating with the CEO to drive growth
· Developing and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) – all to drive profitable growth with the optimum ROI
· Measuring and driving improvement of key performance metrics, including website traffic & audience engagement
· Collaborate with CEO & Development Team on ensuring that UX best practise is followed, identifying user pain points and maximising traffic conversion
· Collaborate with CEO on new feature campaigns and content creation, potentially with freelancers / agencies, with an emphasis on video content
· Building and maintaining the brand presence across multiple social media channels
· Creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets
· Identify customer touch points and assess end to end customer experience across with diverse digital channels
· Development of brand awareness and online reputation
· Identify new markets, channels and strategies for online growth
Person Specification
• A proven track record of growth preferably within the self service SAAS market space
• Be able to demonstrate hands on skills on some of the critical tools mentioned above (Email Campaigns, PPC, SEO, Video Content Creation, Social, Paid Social)
• A commitment to keeping in touch with current trends and innovation within the market-place
• Experience of working with a manufacturing audience would be a major advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and manage various projects
• Excellent organisational skills: able to prioritise workload according to ever- changing business needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience collaborating with others on digital marketing campaigns
• Proven ability to establish targets and manage budgets
Qualifications and experience
• 3 years digital marketing experience in a fast moving environment
