Community Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate individual with a knack for building online connections and fostering user engagement. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for building and managing a vibrant online community of users within our Slack workspace. You will engage with users, facilitate discussions, provide support, and ensure a positive and enriching experience for all members.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage members.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote the community through various channels.
- Craft compelling onboarding experiences to welcome new users and guide them through the community features.
- Create informative and engaging content, including tutorials, tips & tricks, Q&A sessions, and AMAs, tailored to the community's interests and needs.
- Serve as a first point of contact for users within the community, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Proactively identify and escalate user issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
- Establish and enforce community guidelines to maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all members.
- Monitor the community for spam and inappropriate behavior, addressing any issues with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
- Proven experience building and engaging online communities.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at crafting clear, concise, and informative messages.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.
- Be a patient and empathetic individual with a genuine interest in building relationships and fostering a positive community spirit.
- Can quickly become a domain expert in AI Writing / Image / Video Tools (our tool is called [GhostContent.ai]( ---------- ))
- Must be extremely presentable and professional on camera. You will be jumping on customer and onboarding calls with US-based customers
- Proficiency in Slack and other relevant community management tools and best practices for online community management.
- Be a passionate advocate for the with a deep understanding of our products

What We Offer:
- Salary range of 35k - 40k PHP
- Regular quarterly bonuses (4-24% of annual pay, paid through the year based on exceptional performance)
