Greenway Growth 360, a forefront US-based company, is actively seeking a highly experienced and committed Senior Overnight Freelance Recruitment Interviewer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must demonstrate superior English communication skills (5 out of 5) and have extensive experience conducting interviews within the US job market. Your pivotal role during the overnight shift will encompass:

- Conducting remote interviews with candidates from the Philippines during the designated shift timing (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM PHT) to evaluate their qualifications and suitability for various US-based roles within our organization.
- Leveraging your advanced experience in interviewing individuals within the US job market to accurately assess candidates for specific positions.
- Collaborating closely with our prescreening and scheduling team to streamline the candidate selection process.
- Identifying exceptional talent and matching candidates to the most appropriate positions, ensuring a high-caliber talent pool for our US-based operations.
- Facilitating the offer, hiring, and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for selected candidates during the overnight shift.

Requirements:

- Exceptional English communication skills (5 of 5).
- Significant experience conducting interviews for US-based positions.
- Expertise in remote interviewing techniques and tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with candidates.
- In-depth knowledge of US job market trends and recruitment best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to work during the specified overnight shift (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM PHT).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Substantial experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment-related roles.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management tools.
