Responsibilities
- Set up and manage Facebook and ---------- pages for the practice.
- Manage and oversee all technical aspects of Social Media campaigns, including content creation, posting, engagement and performance reporting.
- Research and write blog and newsletter content in English that covers various Primary Care topics/interest.
- Implement social media strategy to align with practice goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify any areas for improvement.
- Conduct research on Primary Care topics and able to translate information in engaging materials/content.
- Oversee customer issues and reviews and can provide feedback when needed.
- Ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings if needed with partner marketing agencies and tea ---------- mbers.
- Support in team administrative tasks such as tracking license renewals, trainings taken, leaves filed etc. Recommendation of platform that can be used highly welcome.
- Fulfill any administrative tasks deemed necessary by the practice.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Social Media Marketing for 2+ years, preferably with Facebook and ---------- .
- Has extensive experience in digital marketing.
- Strong social media copywriting and visual communication skills.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be highly analytical and possesses strong organizational skills. Administrative experience a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous experience, as well as metrics or KPIs achieved.
- Previous exposure in health care industry in the US a plus.
