Real Estate Office Manager / Administrative Role for The Persaud Group at Real Broker

About Us:
The Persaud Group at Real Broker is a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate sales team that specializes in helping families move from all over the world to Central Florida. With a growing audience of 17,000+ subscribers on YouTube, we are committed to becoming the number 1 real estate sales team in Orlando, Florida.

We currently sell about 40 homes per year and we offer substantial growth potential within the company for talented individuals who want to be part of our exciting journey.

Position Type:
Part-time (with potential for full-time and bonus opportunities)

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and operate our Lofty CRM system (Previously Chime) to keep track of all leads, inquiries, and transactions.
-Responsible for nurturing leads via texts, emails, and calls, all within the Chime CRM system.
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries from our website, social media platforms, and other channels.
-Assist sales agents by sending out emails and offers on their behalf.
- Assist agents with drafting contracts and other documents for client signatures using our DotLoop System.
- Assist agents with gathering info about upcoming or established communities and putting together a presentation and sending it out to clients.
-Assist agents with obtaining contact info for sales reps of home builders and helping coordinate appointments.
-Schedule and coordinate buyer and seller consultations.
-Answer inbound phone calls and direct calls to agents or set up appointments for consultation.
-Coordinate transactions, and schedule inspections, appraisals, and showings for our listings.
-Manage all paperwork required for transactions in our Broker Portal RealZen
-Check in with all parties during the real estate transaction to make sure no delays to timelines.
-Interact with clients, our sales agents, and other real estate agents professionally.
-Create marketing materials such as documents, flyers, and small graphics using Canva, Google Docs, and Sheets.


Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
-Experience with Lofty (Chime) or other real estate-specific CRMs is highly preferred.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in English with minimal to no accent.
-High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
-Tech-savvy, with the ability to use tools like Chat GPT and other AI services to improve efficiency.
-Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and Canva.


Language Skills:
-Fluent English with minimal to no accent.


Time Commitment:
- Must be available to work Eastern Time, from 9 AM to 7 PM.
- Must be okay with using Time Doctor to track time and productivity.

Equipment:
-Must have own computer, reliable internet connection, and a smartphone.

Growth Opportunities:
-Starting as a part-time role, this position has the potential to grow into a full-time role with bonus opportunities.
