VA For Podcasting & Video Production Agency

Welcome to Vibez Creative, a dynamic Video Production and Podcasting agency, and we are looking to welcome a talented Virtual Assistant into our family. This role is pivotal in supporting our digital media operations and contributing to our growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Schedule posts using Metricool and create engaging social media reports with provided templates.
Podcast Management: Efficiently handle podcast posting using Captivate.
Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs using Canva.
File Management: Organize and manage files using Frame.IO and Google Drive.
Analytics: Monitor and report on Facebook Ads performance.
Project Management: Organising Monday.com workflows and keeping boards clean and tidy
Essential Skills and Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
Familiarity with various social media platforms.
Skilled in Canva for graphic design tasks.
Experience in managing and analyzing social media and advertising analytics.
Personal Attributes:
Excellent English, both in writing and speaking.
A positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to tasks.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to contribute to improving systems and processes.
Reliable internet connection for seamless remote working.
Requirements:
Available to work mainly between 8-6pm AEST time (6am-4pm Manila time).
We will likely start this individual on half days, progressing to full days as our business expands.
Training and SOP's will be provided however, any knowledge of the above platforms will be highly regarded.
