This remote role is perfect for an organized, proactive individual ready to provide exceptional administrative support and bespoke concierge services to our executive team and their families.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Efficiently handle administrative tasks, including managing the company phone line, crafting and sending Mail Merge emails, and arranging family travel.
- Lead and execute various remote administrative projects, ensuring precision and adherence to deadlines.
- Conduct thorough research for company purchases, evaluating potential suppliers and presenting recommendations to executives.
- Serve as a crucial link between the firm and external service providers, ensuring seamless communication.
- Deliver tailored concierge services, catering to the distinct needs and preferences of executives and their families.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- Solid background in Administrative Assistance or related fields, with a proven track record of effectiveness and task management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong time management skills, with a flair for prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, aligning with Pacific Time Zone business hours.
- Familiarity with the Wealth Management sector is an advantage.

**Examples of Engaging Projects:**
- Manage sourcing and procurement of promotional coffee mugs for client gifts, including vendor negotiation and payment coordination.
- Organize a family trip to Cabo, Mexico, handling everything from participant coordination to travel logistics and restaurant bookings.
- Optimize phone plans by reviewing current bills, exploring competitive offerings, and providing concise, informed recommendations.
- Execute client communication through Mail Merge, involving list consolidation, data deduplication, and use of Microsoft Word's Merge tools.
