We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our ADHD coaching business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily scheduling,
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily scheduling and organize virtual meetings for clients.
• Handle
• Assist in client onboarding and support their journey with us.
• Engage in
• Handle billing, invoicing, and track payments diligently.
• Maintain and update client database in our CRM system.
• Ensure smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
• Attend weekly Zoo
Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles is required. A minimum of 2 years is preferred.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Canva, Trello, Google Sheets, MailerLite, and CRM software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong english verbal and written communication skills and ability to handle client correspondence in a timely manner.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Reliable and fast internet connection that can support video conference calls.
