JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our ADHD coaching business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily scheduling, email correspondence with clients, attending virtual meetings with staff, and ensuring a seamless and productive workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily scheduling and organize virtual meetings for clients.
• Handle email management and correspondence with clients.
• Assist in client onboarding and support their journey with us.
• Engage in email marketing activities to grow our business.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and track payments diligently.
• Maintain and update client database in our CRM system.
• Ensure smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
• Attend weekly Zoo ---------- etings with coaches to take meeting notes and deliver updates on various factors including email marketing, billing, and key performance indicators.


Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles is required. A minimum of 2 years is preferred.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Canva, Trello, Google Sheets, MailerLite, and CRM software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong english verbal and written communication skills and ability to handle client correspondence in a timely manner.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Reliable and fast internet connection that can support video conference calls.
