As a Recruiting Operations Specialist at Near, you will play a vital role within our recruitment team, providing comprehensive operational support throughout the entire recruitment process.

Main responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting reference checks for our new hires:
- Conduct reference calls with candidates' references to assess their suitability for our client’s openings.
- Summarize reference call findings for the recruitment team.
2. Computers and Supplier Management:
- Manage relationships with technology and supplier partners to ensure optimal service and performance for our clients.
3. Ensure Timely Role Start:
- Coordinate the kick-off call process for newly opened roles: schedule the kick-off call and ensure the process begins as planned.
- Communicate and follow up with the Recruiter and/or Account Executive.
4. Process Documentation:
- Create and maintain documented tools and processes for various recruitment scenarios and clients.
- Develop templates for assessments and case studies to support the recruitment team in client-specific needs.
5. Administrative Reporting:
- Generate and compile administrative reports that may be needed in the recruitment team and/or may be requested by our clients
6. Candidate Experience:
- Provide support to candidates for administrative and documentation needs throughout the recruitment process.
- Address candidate inquiries and issues both during and post-hire to ensure a positive experience.
7. Onboarding Support:
- Collaborate onboarding to facilitate and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Ensure that the onboarding process aligns with client expectations and company standards.

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Previous experience in recruitment operations or related administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to process improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
