**Summary:** Clientele Solutions, an Australian-based marketing agency specializing in lead generation, is seeking a dedicated B2B appointment setter. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in arranging Zoom appointments through cold email and social media outreach.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Identify and engage potential B2B leads across varied industries.
2. Design compelling cold email and social media messages to attract potential clients.
3. Effectively schedule Zoom appointments with promising leads to support our sales team.
4. Log all outreach activities, responses, and scheduled appointments within our CRM.
5. Regularly optimize outreach strategies based on analytics and feedback.
6. Stay updated with the newest trends in B2B appointment setting, especially relating to Zoom and digital communication.
7. Deliver routine performance reports highlighting outreach metrics and areas of potential refinement.
8. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on target markets and fine-tune messaging.
9. Address any rescheduling requests or necessary follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualifications:**

1. 6 months experience in B2B appointment setting, primarily via cold email and social media outreach.
2. Proficiency in Zoom and related video conferencing applications.
3. Familiarity with leading CRM tools.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
5. Capability to excel in a fast-paced online environment.
