We’re seeking an ambitious VA for a top Golf Retail/Service Company in Ireland!

Are you looking for an opportunity to kick-start your career in admin and documentation? We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us run our busy Golf Retail and service company in Ireland. As our Virtual Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced tea ---------- mbers to learn the ins and outs of the industry and gain valuable hands-on ---------- this role, you will be responsible for various tasks, including updating our documentation, updating our website, scheduling social media posts, and creating and scheduling our monthly newsletter and blog ---------- time, you will also be trained to manage our appointments and handle incoming queries on email, Facebook and ---------- . You will receive extensive training and support and will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a fun and friendly environment.

THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS ROLE

You will support the MCG Manager in social media, marketing and customer follow-up, and general admin. You will also be key in creating documents and SOPs from training videos that will be supplied to you. This will help increase the efficiency and consistency across many business areas. The right person will take ownership of this position and make everyone’s life much easier!

PAY AND HOURS
(these are negotiable)

The starting rate for this role will be between: €3.50-€5.50
This position is available from ASAP
This is a Long term for the right candidate
Provisional Schedule (negotiable): Any hours are fine with a minimum 2-hour overlap with Irish working hours
We will pay you Weekly, with PAID leaves.
Performance review after three months, wage review after 12 months
We offer end-of-year bonuses as standard.
