Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to join our team and help us handle our internal operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM, project management tools, meeting notes/agendas, payouts, calendars, research, and outreach.
Responsibilities:
Manage the company's CRM system, including adding and updating contacts, creating and tracking opportunities, and generating reports.
Use project management tools to track and manage projects, assign tasks, and communicate with team members.
Take meeting notes and create agendas for all team meetings.
Process employee payouts and manage the company's payroll system.
Manage the company calendar and schedule meetings for employees.
Perform research and outreach on potential customers and partners.
Help to streamline and productize the company's influencer process and other internal operations.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role. Strong English skills required.
Strong experience with CRM, project management tools, and other relevant software. Including but not limited to Airtable, Notion, Slack, Zapier, Google Suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience with influencer marketing and outreach.
Experience with process improvement and automation.
