Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Senior Construction Safety Officer with a strong background in construction safety to oversee and ensure the safety of our operations. This role is pivotal in upholding our safety standards and quality on construction sites. The successful candidate will work remotely, monitoring safety protocols, conducting virtual site inspections, and providing guidance to our team.



Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual safety inspections.
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with on-site supervisors and workers to address safety concerns.
Review and evaluate safety plans and ---------- velop safety training materials and conduct remote safety training ---------- vestigate and document i ---------- and a ---------- , reporting findings to management.
Maintain meticulous records of safety activities and i ---------- .
Stay up to date with industry safety standards and regulations.
Conduct monthly safety audits and work closely with WCB for any concerns related to Safety issues.
Assist in maintaining the COR (Certificate of Recognition) certification.



Qualifications:

Proven track record as a Safety Officer in the construction ---------- -depth knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in safety.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Reliable internet connection and access to a personal Windows-based laptop or ---------- ise-canceling headset for effective communication.
Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA) are a plus.
Willingness to work nightshift hours.
