Basic Function: We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Real Estate Disposition team, to participate in buyer lead generation as well complete various administrative tasks.

Roles:
• ---Buyer Lead Generation
* Compile prospective real estate investment buyer lists by pulling and organizing contact data from various online sources
*Contact prospective buyers through assigned communication tools
* Add qualified leads to CRM systems
* Conduct follow up calls as needed

• ---Dispositions Administration
* Update property and pricing information on marketing platforms as directed
* Assist with preparing marketing materials for available properties
* Maintain CRM systems and data

• --Production Reporting
* Generate and submit end of day production reports to ensure KPIs are accurately tracked
