Cooper Roofing is a residential and commercial roofing contractor looking for individuals with the drive to
maximize their earning potential. We are looking to hire a full-time, permanent Repair Support position to help
run and manage our repair division. Our focus is to provide our staff with a challenging yet rewarding work experience, all
while maintaining a fun atmosphere.

We are growing and looking for an A-player administrator who can answer "YES!" to the following
questions:

The Repair Support position is a critical role. The purpose is to assist our repair team by coordinating with clients, scheduling work, and ensuring we are hitting our goals. Experience with a similar office administrator or appointment setter role is required.

Duties (included but are not limited to):
- Communicating with our repair team to schedule work in an efficient manner
- Setting appointments with clients
- Provide sales support by following up with leads or estimates
- Holding our repair team accountable for completing work
- Providing excellent customer service to our clients
- Completing roof inspection reports to send to clients
- Researching and inputting data in a spreadsheet
- Complete tasks as requested in our CRM
- Daily updates to all required administrative tracking systems and CRM
- Offer feedback to improve current systems
- Daily use of our tech stack - SumoQuote, Company Cam, MS Team, Outlook, Excel, JobNimbus


NON-NEGOTIABLES:
- Working hours are from 8:30am-5:00pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
- A quiet environment to work in. Working from cafes is not allowed.
- A computer with two monitors or a laptop with 2nd screen
- Headset with microphone
- Mouse and keyboard
- High-speed internet connection (100mbps+)
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or higher)
- Ability to connect with others and show empathy
