IQ Test

This test will help employers understand your basic abilities. Posting your IQ score WILL help you to secure employment sooner. Also, many employers will only hire someone who has taken this test.

Please carefully read the directions below before starting your IQ test:

  1. Go to: https://www.riotiq.com/onlinejobs. (Do NOT use the main Riot IQ website)
  2. Click “Take the test” and make sure you use the exact same email you are using for your OnlineJobs account.
  3. If you need to pause, you can leave and log back in later to finish your test; your progress is saved.
  4. At the end of the test, input the required information then submit.
  5. Complete the test.
After completing the test:

  1. Navigate to My Results Dashboard.

  2. Take a screenshot of your score in the IQ Score tab.

  3. Upload the screenshot and enter the score in the "IQ Score" field inside your jobseeker profile.
Add the verified IQ score badge to your profile.

Many employers will most likely hire someone who has a verified IQ score.

  1. Navigate to My Results Dashboard.

  2. Purchase the full OnlineJobs IQ test results for $3 if you haven’t already.

  3. Once you purchase you will see a “Share Results” button appear. Click this.

  4. Click “Copy link” to copy the test results link.

  5. Paste the link into your "IQ Results URL" field inside your jobseeker profile.
  6. Notice that your OnlineJobs profile now has the “Verified” IQ Score badge, and a link to your full IQ test results!

English Test

This test will help employers understand your English abilities, and could help you get hired faster.

Remember, some employers will only hire someone who has taken this test. Different jobs require different English skills, so don't worry too much about your score.

Please carefully read the directions below before beginning your English test:

  1. First, take the free, online Grammar & vocabulary level test. (You will be taken to a secure, outside webpage).
  2. Take the test. You will have 30 minutes. Please do your best, as you will only be allowed to take it once.
  3. Take a screenshot showing your results.
  4. Enter your score and upload your screenshot on your profile.

DISC Profile

The results of this DISC test will help employers get to know you and understand your work style. Sharing the results of this test will help employers to find you faster, so you can start working sooner.

There are no 'right' or 'wrong' answers in this DISC personality test. So answer openly and honestly, as you truly are, not as you think an employer hopes you are. Answering to meet someone else's expectations will only create a mismatch in your personality results, which could actually discourage an employer from hiring you. Remember, your authentic work style is exactly what the right employer is looking for.
