Zoho CRM Workflow – eBook Lead Capture & Automated Email Sequence

Objective
Create an automated lead generation system that captures new leads from a landing page, delivers a free eBook, gathers more information through a survey, and sends different email sequences based on the survey results. with out affecting our current set ups

Step 1 – Landing Page
Build a landing page with the following:
Fields
First Name
Last Name

Email Address
Mobile Number (optional)
Download button
When the visitor clicks Download, the following should happen automatically.

Step 2 – Create or Update Lead
If the email address does not already exist:
Create a new Lead in Zoho CRM.
If the email address already exists:
Update the existing Lead record changing Lead Status to:
Downloaded eBook or similar
(or another status that can be agreed upon.)

Step 3 – Send Email #1 Immediately
Immediately after submitting the form, send an automated email.

Email includes:
Thank you message.
attachment to the PDF eBook.
Step 4 – Wait 2 Days
After 2 days:
Send Email #2.

Email includes:
Follow-up message. And survey
Step 5 – Survey
Build an online survey.
Questions and scoring will be supplied.
Each answer contributes to a total score.
Step 6 – Survey Results
When the survey is submitted:
Save:
Date completed
Total score
Individual answers (if possible)
Automatically place the lead into one of three categories based on their score.
Category A
High Score
Series of emails
Category B
Medium Score
Will get a series of emails
Category C
Low Score
Will get a series of emails

Once complete send a email to our current data base with a link to the new landing page.
