Job Description:
We are in search of a talented WordPress Website Developer/Designer with a keen eye for design. The ideal candidate should be a WordPress and WooCommerce expert capable of crafting custom plugins and possessing SEO knowledge. This position is initially part-time with the potential for full-time, and the candidate should be available to work primarily in Pacific Time, especially in the afternoon onwards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain visually appealing WordPress websites with a focus on user experience.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to align with project requirements.
- Write custom WordPress plugins to enhance website functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular website audits to ensure optimal performance, responsiveness, and security.
- Implement effective SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and search engine ranking.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices for continuous skill improvement.
- Provide technical support for website-related issues.
- Update and manage website content as needed.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Website Developer/Designer.
- Impressive portfolio showcasing design and development skills.
- Proficiency in WordPress, WooCommerce, and custom plugin development.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to implement effective SEO strategies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Availability to work in Pacific Time, especially in the afternoon onwards.
