We need a WordPress website building. We sell houses in the United Kingdom.
The website must be high quality with a premium theme such as Divi/Elegant Themes.
Here is an example of the design/colours we want
Pages we need are:
1. home
2. about us
3. sell my home
4. Contact us,
5. buy a home
6. Blog

We will communicate by email/skype therefore you must know how to communicate in English.
We have many website jobs and if you can build websites fast with high quality/premium themes then we can provide you with a lot more work.
Please note:
This website is for the British PROPERTY SALES market only (we do NOT WANT USA REAL ESTATE THEMES)
We can supply the DIVI Theme but are more interested in what you can supply or recommend.

We need you to:
1. Understand how to use cPanel, login in with details we provide and install WordPress platform
2. Build the website using your own theme or a property child theme from the Divi Theme range.
3. Provide suitable demo content
4. Install necessary basic plugins
5. Connect to Google Webmaster Tools
6. Replace demo content with images/text we provide
7. Add SEO meta data to each page/post
