WordPress Virtual Assistant

Job Description

Skyline Metal Structures is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented virtual assistant to help create and manage product listings on our WordPress website.

A major part of this position involves learning and becoming highly skilled with our 3D building design software. You will use the 3D builder to recreate metal buildings based on the information and images we provide. You will then add the correct 3D builder link, specifications, pricing, images, and other information to each product page.

This position includes a significant amount of data entry, so you must be accurate, organized, and comfortable completing repetitive tasks without losing attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Create and update product listings in WordPress and WooCommerce
Use our 3D builder to recreate metal building designs
Generate and add 3D builder links to product pages
Enter building sizes, features, doors, windows, colors, pricing, and other specifications
Upload, organize, and properly name product images
Format product descriptions and page content
Review every listing for accuracy before publishing
Follow our product listing process and company standards
Make corrections and updates when requested
Complete other basic website and data-entry tasks
Requirements
Experience using WordPress and WooCommerce
Strong computer and data-entry skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to learn new software quickly
Comfortable working with measurements, numbers, and product specifications
Reliable internet connection and computer
Good written English and communication skills
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Honest, dependable, and consistent
Available to work full-time

Experience with 3D building software is preferred but not required. We will provide training on our specific 3D builder. However, you must be willing to practice and become an expert at using it.

Experience with Elementor, image editing, SEO product listings, or metal building products is a plus.

Pay and Schedule
Starting pay: $4 USD per hour
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Long-term position for the right person
