Wordpress & Magento Developer - Part Time

Im looking for a part time web dev for my team. I have a holiday rental business (wordpress) and an ecommerce business (magento). We have a Phillipines based team of staff that look after the guest/customer service aspects so the developer will be liasing with the team about things (and also me).

Usual tasks are:
- adding pages
- updating the software
- adding content
- optimising for speed
- adding and updating plugins
- correcting errors
- site security
- google compliance and optimisation (eg webmaster tools)
- basic graphics and image layout into existing templates

There is a reasonable amount of work to do particularly on the magento site (updates, shopping feed error correction, speed optimisation etc). So extra hours to start with, then i think approx 10 hours per week going forward. If you have some great skills, we may have other work for you as well.
