Wordpress Expert Needed

Looking for a wordpress expert. Must be knowledgable in Elementor, Avada, CSS, html. Must be able to edit back and front end wordpress with actual coding. I need someone who works quickly, and has a good sense of design. You must be familiar with woocommerce, paypal and stripe integrations, etc. I need someone who can work at least 4 hours a day in Eastern Time, between the hours of 9am-3pm Monday to Friday. A reliable schedule will be put in ---------- itially I need part time. That may expand to more hours, or even full time. I need to see samples of work produced. You must be easy to communicate with both written, messenger and voice, as well as screen shares using communication apps. Your English must be excellent. You must have a modern design sense. Salary is negotiable based on your experience.
