WordPress Developer & SEO Specialist (Managed IT Experience

Engage Tech Solutions is a growing Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) specializing in Microsoft 365, Azure, Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, and IT Consulting for small and mid-sized businesses. We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer & SEO Specialist who understands both digital marketing and technology to help drive our online presence and generate qualified leads.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites
Optimize website speed, security, and mobile responsiveness
Manage WordPress themes, plugins, and custom functionality
Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices
Perform keyword research and competitive analysis
Create and optimize landing pages that generate leads
Improve Google Search rankings and organic traffic
Manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Google Business Profile
Build backlink strategies and local SEO campaigns
Write SEO-optimized content focused on Managed IT Services and Cybersecurity
Collaborate with our engineering team to create technical blogs, case studies, and white papers
Monitor website performance and provide monthly SEO reporting


Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of WordPress development experience
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
Experience with Elementor, Divi, or similar page builders
Expert knowledge of technical SEO
Experience with:
Google Analytics 4
Google Search Console
SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
Yoast SEO or Rank Math
Experience improving Core Web Vitals
Understanding of Local SEO and Google Business optimization
Familiarity with schema markup
Basic graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Managed IT Industry Experience Preferred
