WordPress Developer Ad-hoc Work

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WordPress developer to join our dynamic team in gig role to begin with but possible progress to part time or full-time employment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining websites, contributing to the entire website development process. Proficiency in WordPress, along with the following areas, is crucial:

Required Experience with:

• Elementor
• Astra
• Divi
• WooCommerce
• LearnDash
• HTML, CSS, and ideally PHP and/or JS
• Performance optimization
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Positive and can-do attitude
• Experience with Geodirectory & Amelia is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Build websites using WordPress with Hello & Astra theme and Elementor.
• working on tasks as requested on the website such as adding new functionality, adding data & more
• Work on existing websites for updates, utilising various other builders and themes such as Divi.
• Ensure all websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, and fully functional.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues promptly.
• Stay updated on the latest WordPress developments and trends.
• Provide regular updates on website development progress.
• Implement SEO optimisation strategies for websites.
• Identify and fix bugs found within the code.
