WORDPRESS DEVELOPER

We are seeking a WordPress Developer to work with our custom-coded websites. You WILL NOT be using page builders like Elementor or WPBakery — everything will be built and customized through PURE CODE. We will provide the main codebase, and your role will be to tweak, adapt, and create variations for different projects. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, thrives on problem-solving, and can quickly adapt to new challenges.

MUST HAVE AN IDENTITY PROOF SCORE OF 95+ (IF NOT YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE REJECTED)

Key Responsibilities

Customize and extend provided custom WordPress code for multiple projects.

Build and modify themes, templates, and plugins strictly through custom code (NO PAGE BUILDERS).

Ensure sites are responsive, secure, and optimized for performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Collaborate with our team to implement project-specific requirements.

Stay open to learning and applying new tools, coding practices, and integrations.

Requirements

Proven experience with custom WordPress development (themes and plugins).

Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.

Ability to understand an existing codebase and adapt it to different use cases.

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn quickly.

Comfortable working without page builders (strictly custom code only).

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with IDX (Internet Data Exchange) for real estate websites.

Understanding of SEO, website optimization, and performance tuning.

Knowledge of hosting, domains, and DNS management.

Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
