**Prospect Soccer Academy** is looking for a talented **Wix Website Developer & Conversion Specialist** to help us build and continually improve our online presence.

We're looking for someone who can do more than create attractive websites. We want a developer who understands how to build **fast, modern, high-converting websites** that generate leads, improve user experience, and integrate seamlessly with our CRM and marketing systems.

## Your Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain our website using **Wix Studio**.
* Build visually stunning, mobile-responsive pages with exceptional UI/UX.
* Create high-converting landing pages focused on lead generation.
* Improve website speed, performance, and overall user experience.
* Optimize pages to increase enquiries, bookings, and conversions.
* Integrate Wix with **HubSpot CRM**.
* Build and maintain HubSpot automations, workflows, forms, and email sequences.
* Create clear customer journeys and sales funnels.
* Implement tracking for conversions, forms, and user behaviour.
* Continuously identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and website performance.
* Work alongside our leadership team to launch new campaigns, products, and academy initiatives.

## Requirements

* Proven experience developing websites with **Wix Studio**.
* Strong portfolio showcasing modern, high-quality websites.
* Deep understanding of **conversion rate optimization (CRO)**.
* Strong UI/UX design skills.
* Experience integrating websites with **HubSpot CRM**.
* Experience building HubSpot workflows, automations, and marketing campaigns.
* Knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization.
* Experience with analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to recommend improvements rather than simply carrying out tasks.
