Weekend Support Agent

As a Support Agent, Clipboard Health expects the highest levels of customer service to be sure the customers (nurses) on our platform remain with an outstanding experience. Support agents are responsible for incoming calls/text messages while keeping our wait times down! In addition, communicating with the rest of the departments to keep our nurses satisfied. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, enthusiastic, problem solver, and relationship builder! Support Agent often times are the first point of contact when a customer is calling in - we look forward to serving a positive experience!!

Saturday 16hrs with 2hrs break in between
Sunday 16hrs with 2hrs break in between
Monday 8hrs

Starting Salary Ranges - $625-/700 USD per month.
