Your Responsibilities

Client Sales & Follow Up
-Call and text past clients.
-Reactivate clients who haven't booked in months.
-Recommend memberships and packages.
-Upsell premium services when appropriate.
-Follow up on leads until they book or decline.
-Build genuine relationships with VIP clients.

Therapist Dispatch & Fulfillment
-Assign therapists to appointments.
-Coordinate schedules and availability.
-Handle last-minute cancellations.
-Find backup therapists quickly.
-Ensure every client is matched with the right therapist.
-Solve problems before the client notices them.

Customer Experience
-Answer calls, texts, and emails.
-Respond quickly and professionally.
-Handle complaints with empathy and confidence.
-Turn frustrated customers into loyal fans.
-Maintain our reputation for exceptional service.
