JOB OVERVIEW

This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of SEO, paid traffic, content, analytics, and creative execution. We are growing business and as the business grows, opportunities for the individual will also grow.

You will be responsible for driving organic growth, lead generation, and brand visibility across the website and ensure we are performing at the top of Google, driven by organic growth primarily.

Website Management & SEO Growth
• Maintain, update, and optimise website content and structure. Website has been built using Wix Studio
• Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, headings, internal linking, site speed, mobile optimisation)
• Conduct keyword research and build content strategies aligned to business goals
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions, providing actionable insights
• Identify technical SEO issues and resolve them or brief developers clearly
• Ensure website UX supports lead generation and conversions

Paid Advertising (PPC) Strategy & Execution
You will create, manage, and optimise paid campaigns to support lead generation.
• Plan and execute PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn where relevant)
• Write ad copy, select targeting, manage budgets, and monitor performance
• Analyse campaign data (CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and optimise continuously
• A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
• Provide regular reporting and recommendations for improvement

Technical SEO & Schema Markup
You will strengthen how Google understands and ranks the site.
• Implement and maintain schema markup (Local Business, Articles, Reviews, FAQs, Services, etc.)
• Optimise Core Web Vitals, site architecture, indexing, and crawlability
• Work with Google Search Console and GA4 to identify and fix performance issues
• Ensure compliance with best practices for structured data and rich results
