We are seeking a highly skilled Website Developer & SEO Expert to take our online presence to the next level. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a dual background in web development and SEO to directly impact our growth and visibility.

The Role

We’re looking for a results-driven professional who can both build and optimize websites. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging, functional real estate websites that integrate MLS IDX search tools and features while also ensuring that our content ranks high on search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain Social House websites, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions

Develop and implement SEO strategies to consistently improve search rankings and organic traffic

Create and publish new website content (pages, blogs, landing pages) to boost visibility and relevance

Implement MLS IDX integration for real estate property searches and personal account logins

Add custom widgets, tools, and features to enhance user experience

Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics and website traffic

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and web development

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of proven experience in both website development and SEO (portfolio required)

Demonstrated success in ranking websites higher and driving organic traffic

Experience building real estate websites with MLS IDX integration, account creation/logins, and advanced features

Strong proficiency in WordPress (or similar CMS), HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)

Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Requirements

Must provide examples of previous websites built

Must provide case studies or proof of SEO success
