As the business matured, developing a crystal clear client avatar and a streamlined internal methodology, the CEO of the company wants to extend the team to help more clients and implement more projects.

We already have a strong track record and clients from multiple niches and multiple countries (USA, UK, Australia, Italy, Denmark, New Zealand).

You will be working on a standardized Done For You (for our client) digital product based on our own methodology and the client’s content.
Standardization and an unbeatable methodology enables us to deliver fast and bug-free and to simplify and streamline our internal operation once the client has signed the contract.
And makes the learning curve easier for you as you don’t have to customize the product to fit the client but rather use the same techniques and create the product in a way that fits the client’s needs ;)

This is a fixed fee-project based job offer.
If you deliver at your highest we promise at least 3 projects / month so you can make some predictions for your income.

=== Here is what you will do:
(the process is highly documented so you will not need to invent anything complicated)

* Upload content on the website / platform ( usually wordpress) on sections and pages already created
* Upload videos from vimeo / youtube etc on the website on speaker pages
* Copy different codes on the websites ( from the tools we use so we can make the integration)
* Upload emails in the autoresponder we will use to create the automation
* Insert special expiring links into emails
* Extract website pages links and copy them into a worksheet
* Answer with "diamond" to the question that asks for this job offer keyword
* Check texts after the copywriter created them to make sure they are bug free
* Test the whole process after implementation

==== Skills

* Good knowledge of wordpress ( means you need to understand how it works and where you can find specific information)
* Big FAN of copy paste :) You will have to copy paste a lot of things so the job is the easiest possible
* Good knowledge of excel worksheets - we need to use them as a guideline in order to have all details
* Availability to work on a project base and use the task crm that we use so we can communicate
* Strong self-motivation, attention to detail with a track record of steps, progress and delivery time.
* No problem working in a fully-distributed (remote), highly self-directed environment.
* It's important to be able to manage your time and deliver the project as we agreed.
* Disponibility to work on the same type of projects ( different clients and niches) on the long term. We are looking for someone to have a long term collaboration.
* You will be able to use our task management program so you can track your progress live (and we will be able to offer help where needed)
