Job Overview
We are building a network of professional websites designed to educate visitors, generate leads, and drive internal traffic between related brands.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant who can build websites using ---------- (WordPress), upload blog content consistently, and help organize internal linking across multiple websites. This is ongoing, long-term work for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
Website Building (10Web / WordPress) Main Focus for 1-2 Months
- Build clean, professional websites using ----------
- Create Home, Services, About, and Blog pages
- Follow provided templates and instructions or create new ones
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and fast loading speeds. Must have previous website design experience and a verifiable portfolio of work to review. Please provide your portfolio.
Blog Uploading & Content Management Ongoing Months 2+
- Upload blog articles provided by our team
- Format posts using proper headings (H1, H2, H3)
- Add internal links as instructed
- Add featured images (stock or provided)
- Schedule blog posts when required
Internal Linking & SEO Support
- Add internal links between related websites
- Link blogs to service and booking pages
- Maintain consistent categories, tags, and URLs
- Follow basic on-page SEO rules (training provided)
Ongoing Website Maintenance
- Update existing pages when requested
- Create new pages from templates
- Check formatting and broken links
- Keep websites organized and clean
Required Skills
- Experience with WordPress
- Experience with ----------
- Comfortable uploading and formatting blog posts
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written English
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Experience building multiple websites
- Familiarity with internal linking strategies
- Canva or basic image editing experience
- Able to follow systems, instructions, and ask questions before work is completed
Work Details
- Hours: Part-time to start (25–40 hours/week)
