JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Webmaster to join our remote team on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the company grows. The Webmaster will be responsible for building and maintaining website pages, implementing blog posts and FAQs, and ensuring proper technical execution across multiple CMS platforms (primarily WordPress, Wix, Webflows, and other non-ecommerce systems).

This role requires strong technical ability, familiarity with website best practices, and the capability to code when necessary. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to deliver consistent results within weekly deadlines.

Responsibilities
Build and update FAQ pages and Blog posts weekly across multiple client websites.
Implement content (written content provided) into CMS platforms, ensuring proper formatting, styling, and functionality.
Create and style new pages (e.g., FAQ pages, blog sections) when not already present, maintaining consistency with the rest of the site.
Apply schema markup to content (schema code will often be provided).
Conduct website updates as requested within a weekly timeframe.
Ensure mobile responsiveness and basic styling across different CMS platforms.
Notify supervisor immediately if workload cannot be completed within deadlines so additional resources can be assigned.

Requirements
Proficiency with multiple CMS platforms, including WordPress and Wix.
Strong understanding of website best practices (structure, navigation, responsiveness, security basics).
Ability to code when necessary (HTML, CSS; familiarity with JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL a plus).
Experience with schema markup implementation.
Ability to build and style webpages from scratch or within CMS page builders (e.g., Gutenberg, Elementor, Wix editor).
Strong attention to detail in content formatting, layout, and styling.
Reliable at meeting weekly deadlines across multiple client sites.
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues when required.
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
Strong problem-solving mindset; able to figure out unfamiliar tasks when necessary.

Compensation & Schedule
Part-time, remote position with potential to grow into full-time.
Starting workload: multiple client sites (5+ FAQs and 5+ blogs per week, growing with client base).
Compensation: $5.50/hour, paid monthly via Payoneer.
Flexible working hours, with the requirement that site changes are scheduled for the proper client time zone.

Growth Path
As the company grows, the role may expand into full-time responsibilities.
Additional opportunities to handle advanced technical projects may be provided based on performance.
