JOB OVERVIEW

The Tax Curative Institute is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Webinar Operations & Launch Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our weekly webinars, virtual workshops, and online course launches.

This role serves as the operational hub for every webinar and launch. You will coordinate tea ---------- mbers, monitor project timelines, perform quality assurance, and ensure every event is delivered professionally and on schedule.

You are not expected to build every funnel or create every graphic yourself. Instead, your responsibility is to make sure the right work gets done by the right people, at the right time.

Full-Time - up to 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Manage weekly webinar and launch projects from start to finish.
Coordinate and oversee the webinar team to ensure deadlines are met.
Manage project timelines using Trello or similar project management software.
Review and test GoHighLevel funnels, automations, email and SMS campaigns.
Coordinate with the Graphic Designer, GoHighLevel Specialist, Webinar Producer, Sales Concierge, and Video Specialist.
Conduct quality assurance checks before every webinar.
Monitor webinar performance and provide weekly reports.
Identify problems, recommend solutions, and keep projects moving forward.

Qualifications
2+ years of project coordination, operations, or launch management experience.
Strong written and spoken English.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
