Webflow Developer

First of all, we're extremely grateful you'd consider joining our team.
To get this out of the way, we are looking for a specialised Webflow Developer, who can work a consistent 20 hours a week. We work exclusively with Webflow, and do not work with any other platforms.

Experience:
We'd like you to have at least 2 years of experience with Webflow, or HTML and CSS. What is quite important, is that you have a good eye for design so that you can accurately replicate Figma designs in Webflow.

We work in Figma and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop for our graphics, so you must be familiar with file formats like SVG, PNG and JPG.

Salary range:
Base salary correlates with experience and the quality of your Webflow builds. We would like to stay within the PHP 20,000/month - PHP 40,000/month range. We are going to hire you on a 3-month contract, and if both parties are satisfied, we would be looking to sign a year-long contract for full time work (40 hours a week).

At the moment, we would be looking for someone who can do 20 hours a week. Later on, this can become full time, so the salary will also increase twofold.

How you will be working:
We are a small team. The strategist (previous designer) and a UX/UI designer, and another Webflow specialist, alongside with a couple of freelance designers. You will be predominantly working with the UX/UI designer on websites, and sometimes, collaborate with other freelancers.

You will be interacting with the team through Asana and Slack.

Once we get rolling, at some point in the future, we'd like every other Friday, to host a 15-minute meeting to gather together, bounce ideas around, and generally connect with each other and collect any feedback you may have about how things are run.
