Cultivated Aura™ is a brand strategy + AI creative studio for direct-to-consumer brands. We blend human brand strategy and creative direction with AI-generated photography and film — helping DTC brands skip expensive agencies and photoshoots while still achieving luxury-level presence.
We’re building a cinematic, luxury-inspired website (think Gucci × Saint Laurent campaign meets modern Webflow) that will showcase our services, portfolio, and creative philosophy.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Webflow Developer with strong design implementation skills to bring our brand site to life. You’ll take provided copy, structure, and creative direction, and build a polished, responsive site in Webflow with cinematic animations, CMS collections for case studies, and optimized video/image handling.

Responsibilities
Build the Cultivated Aura™ marketing site in Webflow (approx. 5–6 main sections, 1 CMS collection for Work/Case Studies).
Implement luxury-inspired design system: serif + sans serif typography, muted gold accents, deep noir palette, cinematic spacing.
Integrate motion + interactions (parallax hero, hover state video swaps, timeline scroll reveals, drag-to-reveal sliders).
Build CMS collections (case studies, testimonials) with dynamic layouts.
Optimize AI product photography + video assets for speed and performance (lazy loading, MP4 + WebM).
Ensure responsive breakpoints across desktop, tablet, mobile.
SEO-ready setup (meta tags, Open Graph, schema).
Collaborate directly with the founder/creative director (that’s me) to refine visual details.

Requirements
Proven Webflow development experience (portfolio of premium/luxury sites).
Strong understanding of typography, grids, and cinematic layouts.
Experience with video integration and animation in Webflow.
Ability to implement custom interactions (e.g., hover swaps, drag-to-reveal before/after).
Familiarity with CMS collections and building scalable content structures.
Bonus: Experience with DTC, luxury, or creative studio sites.

A live Cultivated Aura™ website that feels like a luxury fashion house campaign, but functions as a modern DTC studio site.
Seamless integration of copy, design direction, and cinematic visuals.
