Web Developer Needed NOW!

I have been working with a web developer/webmaster for quite some time who is absent-minded, careless, charges me too much money, and disappoints me time after time. Today he set a coupon code to expire during the final day of a large, important promotion at 2pm instead of 2am the following day, costing me more than $1,500 in lost sales during the most important 12 hours of the promotion (and embarrassing the hell out of me in the process)!

My business is too important to have a low standard like this, and I'd LOVE to find someone better. Are you out there somewhere???!!!

My business is complicated with 10+ websites to manage (primarily wordpress for everything, and we use Elementor for building sites mostly), and clients to serve who need website work done (I have 8 important website projects needing to be done between now and February).

You'll need to jump in fast and furious and be ready to dedicate most of your waking hours to crushing it the next 6 months. After that, it should settle into a fairly mellow and manageable low-stress job over time, rewarding you for years for the grind you went through at the start. And you'll have a big opportunity to build a support team underneath you and eventually move into running and managing your own lucrative business within the small web business family I have created over the past decade (offering a variety of services to small entrepreneurs and authors).

Work will entail setting up affiliate tracking using WP Affiliate, creating coupon codes, making mass payments to the team (currently 13 and growing), creating simple funnels, sales pages, and products for sale using Paypal, setting up Google analytics, and other relatively simple but important tasks.

A good eye for web design and aesthetics is a big plus as well.

Strong English is essential so we can communicate with each other REALLY well, without miscommunication that cost thousands of dollars!

The most important quality you'll have is the ability to solve problems and figure out how to do things you don't already know how to ---------- other words, you'll need to be a quick learner and someone who can go out and research how to get something done or find the right person to help.
