Web Developer

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for a Wordpress GURU that can help me grow my company. My mission is to change as many lives as possible and I need your help. My company helps local businesses by partnering with them to do their marketing. I have a system that gets them incredible results. We are getting busier and we need some help. I realize this is the area that takes most of my time so we need someone who is really good to take ---------- general I have been told that I'm a great boss. I articulate clear expectations and keep things simple. I have worked remotely with people from the Philippines for a while now. Sometimes the relationship even lasts a few years. This position has the potential to last a very long time.


VAs must have:
- A high school degree
- Fluent English
- Competency and motivation
- Experience with Divi
- Ability to clone websites
- Ability to work at a fast pace

I'm looking for someone who has experience with Divi That is my preferred platform. We also always seem to have an issue when we get a new client with them getting access to their website. So what we want to do when we get a new client is to clone the existing website and then we can optimize it for SEO much easier. .

The other issue we have is landing pages. A lot of our clients are hiring us to run their Adwords campaigns. What I want to start doing is creating a landing page for them on day one so we can get them better results. These are going to be simple pages optimized to convert. So if you have any experience with CRO let us know.

We have been using Jarvis and SurferSEO to optimize the ---------- 's not a requirement that you have experience with this but if you have used it in the past let us know when you apply.


As far as pay rate goes, let us know your salary requirements. We are open to both part time and full time.

Our policy is to be generous with sick days, holidays and personal days ---------- pecially right now with Covid. We prefer that you have already had your vaccination. But we know that not everyone has access to this. We want happy employees that balance work and life equally.

I'm going to push as much work as I can to you so I can focus on growing the business. So expect me to assign you a lot of work and have your calendar full. The main requirement is that we communicate daily. My preference is that you message me at the start of your shift and at the end with status reports and questions. I want to make sure you don't struggle with the work and everything is very clear.

Another key responsibility is going to be updating our clients blogs. We have a writer creating updates that need to get posted to Wordpress. Let us know if you have done this kind of thing in the past and what was the best word flow for you.
