Web Designer needed for general wordpress tasks

I need a web designer that I can give tasks such as.
- install WordPress on domain
- install theme on domain
- upload demo content on domain
- copy and paste clients content over to new site.

Applicant should have knowledge of the basic functions listed above. Knowledge and comfort with using photoshop and understanding html and css is also a strong advantage.
