Web Designer & Developer + Graphic Designer (Conversion-Focused) – Remote

About the Role

We are Tesla BioHealing Inc., a fast-growing U.S.-based wellness company expanding our online presence and digital marketing efforts.

We are looking for a multi-skilled Web Designer / Developer + Graphic Designer who can both build high-converting pages AND create strong visual assets.

This is NOT just a graphic design role—you must be comfortable working on websites, landing pages, and marketing funnels.

Key Responsibilities

Web Design & Development

Design and build websites and landing pages (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.)
Optimize pages for conversion (CRO), speed, and mobile responsiveness
Maintain and update existing websites
Implement basic SEO best practices

Graphic Design

Create graphics for websites, landing pages, and ads
Design social media creatives and marketing materials
Ensure consistent branding across all assets
Support marketing campaigns with visual content

Collaboration

Work closely with marketing and sales teams
Help improve funnels and customer journey
Suggest design improvements based on performance

Qualifications
Proven experience in BOTH:
Web design / development
Graphic design
Strong portfolio (REQUIRED) showing:
Websites/landing pages
Graphic design work (ads, banners, etc.)
Experience with tools like:
WordPress / Shopify / Webflow
Figma / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
Understanding of UI/UX and conversion-focused design
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (preferred)
Detail-oriented and reliable

Success Metrics (KPIs)
Landing page conversion rates
Visual quality and brand consistency
Website performance (speed, mobile responsiveness)
Project turnaround time
Contribution to lead generation
