VIZY Marketing Agency is looking for a talented Web Designer & Developer who has a sharp eye for design, knows what makes a site look modern vs. outdated, and can bring fresh, professional WordPress websites to life for our clients. If you’re passionate about clean design, functionality, and speed—this role is for you!

? Schedule: Full-Time (8 AM – 5 PM PST preferred)

???? What You’ll Do

Design modern, professional-looking WordPress websites that keep clients’ brands current and engaging.

Implement form capabilities and integrations (contact forms, lead capture, surveys, etc.).

Customize sites using CSS, HTML, and other coding languages when needed.

Ensure all sites are fast, responsive, and optimized for user experience.

Collaborate with our team to transform client visions into functional, high-performing websites.

Keep up-to-date with design trends to ensure no website looks outdated.

????? Preferred Skills

Strong design sense with the ability to spot what’s outdated vs. current.

Proficiency in custom CSS, HTML, and bonus: other web development languages.

Experience building and maintaining WordPress websites.

Familiarity with WordPress plugins like Gravity Forms, Yoast SEO, etc.

Experience with WordPress page builders such as Elementor or Beaver Builder.

Knowledge of website speed optimization best practices.

Basic understanding of SEO principles to ensure sites are search-friendly.
