Web Designer/Developer

We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Web Designer/Developer with expertise in Framer, Webflow, and GoHighLevel to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing visually stunning, functional, and responsive websites that deliver an exceptional user experience. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and development teams to create websites that align with business goals and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development:

Create visually compelling, user-centric website designs using Framer and Webflow.
Develop and integrate custom designs into GoHighLevel’s platform for marketing funnels, automation, and CRM.
Optimize websites for performance, speed, and scalability.

User Experience & Interface Design:

Design intuitive user interfaces with a focus on user experience, brand consistency, and accessibility.
Use animation and interaction tools within Framer and Webflow to enhance website engagement.

Collaborative Work:

Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure websites align with campaigns and brand messaging.
Collaborate with developers to implement advanced features and integrations as needed.

Optimization & Maintenance:

Monitor and improve website performance through regular audits, testing, and updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Leverage analytics tools to assess website performance and recommend improvements.

Innovation & Best Practices:

Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in web design and development.
Suggest innovative features and functionalities that enhance the user experience and meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Web Designer/Developer, with a portfolio showcasing projects using Framer, Webflow, and GoHighLevel.
Proficiency in web design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
Strong understanding of responsive design principles, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience integrating third-party APIs and tools within web platforms.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus: Knowledge of additional platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Squarespace.
