Web Designer & Builder - Wanted (Full Time, Long Term)

We are a personal branding agency serving founders, CEOs and business owners across the UK and UAE. We are hiring multiple web designers and builders to support our growth.

You will be responsible for:
Designing and building full websites, landing pages, sales pages and opt-in pages
Building in Webflow, Framer, WordPress, GoHighLevel or similar platforms
Working from briefs, wireframes and copy provided by the team
Designing for desktop and mobile to a high professional standard
Producing any other web design work required by the business

Requirements
Professional web designer with a strong portfolio of websites and landing pages you have designed and built
Proven experience building in Webflow, Framer, WordPress, GoHighLevel or equivalent platforms
Strong understanding of conversion principles, page structure, hierarchy and what makes a website actually perform
Able to design and build for desktop and mobile responsively
Fast, reliable internet capable of handling design files and platform uploads
Resilient, reliable and able to work to deadlines
Takes direction well and delivers to a high standard without being chased

What we offer
Starting wage £500 per month, following probation to £750 per month
Working hours 3pm to 12.30am Philippines time, Monday to Friday
Wage increase after probation
Bonuses on client work
Overtime available, not compulsory
Tools and subscriptions provided, open to additional tools if needed for the role
