Virtual Tech Support

We are looking for a part time Virtual Tech Support to provide techsupport for our clients and manage our wordpress websites, and other provide support for business operation.

Requirements:
- Strong Computer Troubleshoot (application) and Wordpress Experience
- Small knowledge of business related softwares
- Fast Internet connection
- Isolated and Quite Work place (No background noises, animals, nor kids)
- Reliable Computer and Monitor
- Good quality headset
- English communication (speaking and writing)


Tasks:
- Remote Computer support (ie, email, microsoft app, m365, etc)
- Wordpress backup restore, plugin configurations
- Document managment (Photo, files, identifications)
- Phone message taking
- Email
- Online Order managements
- Inhouse application
- Some social media experience
- Other business related tasks, and will provide training.

Starting Work hours will be 5hrs aday and increase Sydney Time 9am-2pm Monday to Saturday and we observe ONLY AUSTRALIAN NSW HOLIDAYS. (we will increase as you gain experience)

Our payrates start at $2/hr based on your experience, and will consider higher to max of $3.5/hr
