After Hours Virtual Assistant (Full Time Hours) – Australian Plumbing Business

Tap Tech Plumbing and Gas is a family-run plumbing business based in Perth, Western Australia. We are seeking a reliable After Hours Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to handle after-hours customer enquiries and support our on-call operations.

Hours:

Monday to Friday: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm AWST
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 am – 7:30 pm AWST

Key responsibilities:
- Answer incoming after-hours calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Record customer details and assess the urgency of plumbing enquiries.
- Schedule jobs and update bookings using ServiceM8.
- Liaise with the on-call plumber when urgent attendance is required.
- Monitor and respond to after-hours emails as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and job details.

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, Receptionist, or Dispatcher.
- ServiceM8 experience is preferred.
- Experience working with an Australian trade or service-based business is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection, computer, and quiet workspace suitable for taking calls.

This role will be for a 3 month period to start, with the option to extend for the right candidate.
