Virtual Assistant – WordPress, SEO, Canva & Flodesk

Remote | Part-Time | Long-Term Potential

We are Maven Collection, a design-led travel and villa rental brand working across Ibiza, the Balearics, Mexico, Colombia and beyond. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support us while one of our tea ---------- mbers is on leave, with the potential for the role to continue longer term.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organised, structured work and is confident using WordPress, RankMath, Canva and email platforms.

Responsibilities

WordPress & SEO
• Upload and format blog posts, pages and villa listings in WordPress
• Make basic edits and updates to existing pages
• Add SEO titles, meta descriptions and keywords using RankMath
• Add internal links, categories, tags and featured images
• Prepare images for web use (resizing, file naming, alt text)
• Follow existing SEO instructions and SOPs

Canva
• Upload and format presentations in Canva
• Create simple presentation layouts using existing brand templates
• Resize and update existing Canva graphics
• Prepare simple social media graphics or presentation slides as needed


Email & Newsletter Support
• Upload and format newsletters in Flodesk
• Add images, links and layout formatting
• Prepare drafts for review and sending

General VA Support
• Help organise files and content in Google Drive, Google Docs and Notion
• Keep tasks organised and follow clear checklists and processes
• Flag any issues or missing information clearly

Requirements

Must Have
• Experience with WordPress
• Basic understanding of SEO and RankMath
• Experience using Canva
• Experience with Flodesk or another newsletter platform
• Strong written English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable following written instructions and SOPs
• Reliable internet connection

Nice to Have
• Experience with travel, lifestyle or property brands
• Experience uploading property or villa listings
• Basic understanding of image resizing and optimisation
• Familiarity with Notion

Hours & Salary
• Approximately 10–20 hours per week
• Initially for around 2 months, with potential to continue
• Rate: USD $5 per hour
