JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, research-savvy Virtual Assistant to help families across the U.S. find real scholarships and reduce the cost of college. This role is part of our growing service, Scholarship Success Club, where we provide both general and personalized scholarship lists to families based on their students’ academic profile, background, and goals.

You’ll be responsible for researching scholarships, tracking eligibility details, and creating well-organized lists. You’ll also help manage intake forms, support client communication, and ensure deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:
-Research and log active scholarships from sites like Google, Fastweb, ---------- , Niche, Cappex, etc.
-Match scholarships to student profiles based on demographic and academic information
-Track deadlines and eligibility in our Google Sheets
-Create polished scholarship list summaries for families
-Help send email updates, reminders, and follow-up prompts
-Support the team with weekly progress reports and task tracking

Other: Help with Bookkeeping when not doing above responsibilities.

Requirements:
-Strong English reading and writing skills
-Experience with scholarship research or educational content a plus
-Skilled with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
-Comfortable with ClickUp or similar tools
-Detail-oriented and dependable
-Can work independently and meet weekly deadlines

Bonus: Experience with U.S. college admissions or scholarships

Hours & Compensation:
10–20+ hours per week (flexible schedule)

Starting rate: $2–$6 USD/hour depending on experience

Paid weekly via to start
