I am looking for an experienced virtual assistant who is smart, clever, fast, reliable, honest, and highly organized.

I am a kind and fair employer, and I am interested in developing a long-term working relationship with someone capable, hard-working, and dedicated to helping me grow my natural medicine practice and the digital business I am creating. I will be hiring this person as soon as possible.

You must be technologically savvy, with experience using Kajabi, Facebook, Instagram, and Canva, as well as proficiency with AI platforms such as ChatGPT and/or Claude.

Competence with web design and website building is a major asset. Basic comfort with electronic health record platforms, such as Charm, along with emailing, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks, is essential.

Maintaining confidentiality and respecting clients’ and people’s privacy is required.
